I am very happy to announce that I’m Proactive Health Magazine’s Fitness Editor. I want to encourage everyone to check out our monthly transformations, smoothie of the month, feature articles, health professional profiles, trainers and fitness ideas of the month. This months issue is incredible. We have fit mom Michelle Cagle on our cover. She in the epitome of a fit mom and has gone through an incredible transformation three times! We also have a new beauty contributor Bridget Foster who will share her secrets to staying ageless. We also have a new nutrition contributor Mikaela Telecan who will share some insightful nutrition articles.
